• $45/hour, 1/2 hour minimum
• Billed in 15 minute increments

PC Lockdown - $45*

• Installation of anti-spyware tools
  • Ad-Aware
  • Spybot Search & Destroy
  • Microsoft Antispyware
• Installation of the Yahoo! or Google Toolbar w/popup blocker
• Installation and update of customer provided antivirus software (recommend Norton Antivirus)
• Installation of all available Windows Update packages
• Review hardware configuration and make hardware upgrade recommendations.

HDD Format / Reinstall Windows - $75*

• Backup of files (My Documents, Email, Address Book, etc)
• Format HDD (completely erasing all contents)
• Dust interior, clean exterior chassis, check fans for proper operation.
• Installation of the Windows Operating System
  • Customer must provide a valid product key
  • Customer must provide any recovery disks that came with the system
• Everything included with the Lockdown service
