If you would like an illustrated walkthrough please click here.  Otherwise please follow the instructions below.

• From the WebTV Web Homepage, select "Account" from the top bar
• In Account, select "Use an ISP"
• Choose "Sign Up Now"
• Type Pulaski Networks in the "ISP Name" and click Continue
• Type in your local access number in both blanks and click Continue
• Type in your email address (i.e. username@psknet.com) for the "Username"
• Type in your password for the "Password" and click Continue
• Confirm your password and click Continue
• Click "Use Your ISP"
