What software does Pulaski
Networks offer direct support on?
While it would be great if we could offer walk-through support on every
internet application available, we must restrict our efforts to a minimum.
This helps us maintain our sanity while keeping costs down. Those cost
savings are passed directly on to you. This is evident if you compare our
prices with those of our competition.
We will offer full support for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook
Express, and Outlook 2000. While we may make an effort to help you with
other software packages, we can not guarantee that we will be able to do so
with any degree of authority. As questions come up, we will be adding them
to this FAQ. Eventually, we're hoping that this FAQ will provide you with
enough information that you won't need to call us for anything other than to
say 'Hi!'
OK, but I don't like
Internet Explorer or Outlook Express.
We're terribly sorry to hear that. While everyone has their own
preferences, it has become clear that Microsoft's offerings are faster,
easier to use, and renders web pages much nicer than Netscape's offering.
While the basic settings in the web browser should be easy enough, the
email settings can be a little confusing. You'll need to refer to our
General Settings page for details on how to set up your mail and news.
These settings are the same for any mail program you wish to use.
